Refund policy
All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not issue refunds due to a ‘change of mind’.
Returns are approved at the discretion of Kailasa. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
For Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at kailasaau@gmail.com We will request photos of the damage to be attached in your email. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Please ship the damaged/faulty item back in its original packaging with all tags in place. We will assess the item upon return of the product. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
How to Return Your Item
If you are returning your item and have contacted us at kailasaau@gmail.com we will provide you with a unique Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). Please ensure the item has all of its original packaging and tags.
